The Wellington Community Office will remain temporarily closed to walk-in customers but our Customer Champions will be able to make appointments for customers at the Wellington Office if convenient.

We would also continue to encourage customers to use our online services or try to resolve issues over the phone where possible - the customer services team are continuing to answer calls between 8am – 6pm on 0300 304 8000.

Usual opening times

Wellington Community Office is closed Monday each week and Tuesday's after a Bank Holiday.

Wellington Community Office is accessible by car, bus and bicycle.

Parking is available in the pay and display car parks:

• North Street
• South Street
