What you can expect from us

Our Emergency Response officers are fully trained in first aid. When your call comes in, we assess how urgent it is. We decide whether the emergency services should be called, if our trained team needs to visit. We can also get in touch with your doctor, family or carer.

We have more than 30 years of experience behind us so we know that giving you peace of mind and reassurance is really important. We are also part of Somerset West and Taunton.

The Deane Helpline service is recognised by the Telecare Services Association. This means were comply with the codes and practice for installing the Helpline, monitoring, responding, referral, Telecare planning and service tailoring.

We will assess what you need and make an appointment for a Lifeline Officer to demonstrate the Lifeline system in your own home at a time that’s convenient for you.

If you decide to become a Deane Helpline client, you will be asked to sign a 3 month initial contract.
