Tenancy Management team

The tenancy management team will work actively with residents ensuring support with tenancy and estate management issues and will work with our tenants to help them sustain their tenancies.

If a tenant chooses to end their tenancy, we will work with the household to ensure that the property is left in good condition and the rent account is clear.

We manage tenancy successions, assignments, mutual exchanges and work closely with the compliance team to ensure safety in our properties.

We are responsible for regular estates inspections and block inspections (flats) to ensure that communal areas comply with Fire Safety Regulations. You can contact your Tenancy Case Manager to help you with any tenancy issues, for example, low level nuisance and anti-social behaviour, estate tidiness.
