Salary: £36,922 to £38,890 per annum (Grade H)
Hours: Full Time, 37 Hours

The Microsoft 365 and Information Management Projects make up the Digital Modernisation Programme.  The programme will change the way we organise and share information and work together using the latest digital technologies.

Microsoft Teams has been successfully deployed and we are now preparing for what comes next and require a Business Change Manager to help deliver Microsoft 365 across the Council. 

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Change Manager in corporate wide technology implementations, is highly motivated and flexible, can build strong relationships at all levels, is an excellent communicator, enjoys learning about new technologies and training others and is knowledgeable in Microsoft 365.

Reporting to the Project Manager you will:

  • Prepare the organisation for the changes ahead
  • Lead on communications and engagement and user adoption of Microsoft 365, working closely with the Learning & Development Manager
  • Lead and develop a Digital Champions network of volunteers from across the Council, providing support to users throughout and beyond the project
  • Plan and facilitate Microsoft 365 pilots, determining which apps offer the most benefit and   where they are best deployed
  • Capture and report business benefits.
