We are looking for case managers with the necessary skills, ability and behaviours, who will able to work flexibly as service demands require.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiast individual who is passionate about the delivery of housing services, with a good knowledge of housing law, managing both secure and introductory tenancies and tackling low level nuisance. You will be committed to empowering our residents to self-serve and will recognise that for most new tenants their first real contact with Somerset West and Taunton is when they sign up for their tenancy.
