Salary Grade: G £31,371 - £32,878 per annum
Full Time, 37 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Customer Services management team as a Customer Services Lead.
We are looking for a leader who is passionate about excellent customer service with a good mix of operational experience and expertise across all of the activities that support the Customer ambition and Vision. The successful applicant will provide day to day supervision across multiple face to face customer service locations, manage our response to the needs of the customer and seek new and effective ways to improve and innovate.
The role focuses on championing customer enabling activities and to continue to refine the customer experience. The ideal candidate will balance the promotion of access through digital channels with providing greater support to those customers who require it.
The successful candidate will need comprehensive understanding of customer service, excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills and possess a strong desire to advance efficiency via the use of information technology and ongoing process improvement.
