Interviews and assessments

If you are short-listed you will be asked to attend an interview. Interviews will usually be conducted by at least two people (more often three). At the interview, the panel will ask competency based questions so you can expand on your application. You will also be expected to demonstrate how you meet our behavioural framework.

When attending an interview you will be asked to bring:

  • original, government issued, identification: passport, driving license etc
  • proof of eligibility to work in the UK: visa, passport, birth certificate etc. as part of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996
  • original qualification certificates and registrations to professional organisations

We will outline any further forms of assessment required for the role in your invite to interview letter.
