If you need data to answer CON29 questions yourself, you can apply to access property related information under the Environmental Information Regulation 2004 (EIR). Alternatively you can find further information on the search documents page.
This can be a long process and we are not responsible for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused as a result of reliance upon, or use of, information obtained as a result of personal searches.
To inspect these records personally, an appointment will be necessary in some cases. You need to know that the authorities concerned have 20 working days to make information available to you under EIR. They may be unable to guarantee inspection at a particular time or date.
If you make an enquiry, it is up to you to find out from each data-owning department/organisation whether a fee is payable.
