You can make payments to us in different ways.
Paying by Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay your bill on time.
You can pay using a Visa and Mastercard debit or credit card. You will need to quote the reference or account number shown on your bill.
Please note that we can't accept Electron cards.
Use your internet banking service to set up a regular payment to us. You will need to quote the reference or account number shown on your bill.

If you have a debit or credit card, use our 24/7 automated phone payment service on 0300 304 8000. You will need to quote the 19 digit number under the bar code on the front of your bill.
You can pay at a PayPoint outlets using the bar code on the front of your bill. You can find more details of your nearest outlet by visiting Allpay.
The Allpay app means you can pay your bills from your Apple, Windows or Android smartphone.
You can pay at any Post Office free of charge using the barcode on the front of your bill. Always keep your receipt to prove you’ve paid.
If you pay by cheque at a Post Office, pay at least five days before the due date so it will get to us on time.
