Adopted local plans

Local Plans were adopted by the former Taunton Deane Borough and West Somerset Councils. They include important policies and site allocations across both areas.

We have started work on a new Local Plan to cover the Somerset West and Taunton area. Our Local Plan doesn't cover the Exmoor National Park area, which is produced by the National Park Authority.
