Sports and activities

The Somerset West and Taunton district has sports pitches, tennis courts, outdoor gyms - and more - that people can enjoy. They are mainly in the Taunton and Wellington area.

We also own leisure centres and swimming pools that are operated on our behalf by Everyone Active.

Some football pitches and tennis courts are run by Minehead Town Council. Other towns and villages look after their local pitches and courts – contact your local town or parish council for more details.
